Poste Italiane’s Social Report represents the main instrument for communicating sustainability policies and is targeted at all parties that, for various reasons, are interested in the results obtained by the company and the ways in which said results are pursued. The information contained in the Social Report is aimed at satisfying the requirements of all Poste Italiane stakeholders: shareholders, employees, business and retail customers, the public administration, suppliers, representative bodies and the community in general. Said aim is pursued by referring to the principles and content of social reporting contained in the guidelines acknowledged at an international (GR13) and national (GBS, Social Statement) level with regard to drafting of sustainability reports. The reporting period and economic-financial data listed in the Social Report are in line with those contained in Poste Italiane’s financial statements, thus constituting a necessary complement to said statements. |
