The service is available for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Iceland, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland. It is not possible to send together with IDM mailings: notices, invoices, financial records as well as communications containing advertisement with a letter enclosed in the same package.

Minimum quantities are: - 100 items for the following destinations: Austria, Belgium Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Romania, Lithuania, Iceland, Norway, Luxembourg, poland, Sweden, Swizerland, Hungary. -500 items for: Czech Republic, Slovenia, Greece, Latvia, Slovakia. Items must have the same sender, weight dimensions and contents ad be addressed to different receivers. Delivery times 6/8 working days from that of posting. Returned items Undelivered items will be returned to the sender free of charge except for Finland. You can also choose the return of the undeliverable item to an address or P.O. box in the country of destination. The wording "return address" must be written on the envelope, above the sender's address. |
